Helpful staff and incredibly GREAT breakfast. Room was excellent value for money. Very central location, thoroughly enjoyed it. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Hanoi.

A few steps away from Green Tangerine, where you can have lunch. All the main sights, including Union Park are adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed service and location.
